I aboslutely love it. I purchased my first one and after a couple months it stopped working. I contacted the company and was provided a hassle free exchange, I did not request a refund. I shipped the non working one back (KEEP YOU ORIGINAL BOX). Within a couple weeks I had my new one and so far so good. I use it everyday, in the a.m. on my tummy while putting on my make up (hands free and on high it does not fall off). I think from a few unhappy customers they may not be using it correctly from their comments. I am 72, I work out 7 days a week, twice in the gym and other days at home rebounding and VR work outs. I have an app to keep track of my macros so I don't have to eliminate any of my favorite foods. This machine is helping to lessen my crepey skin on my tummy, under my arms and on my thighs.I am hooked on it. If you can't find the oil sold separately try using castor oil, works amazing.
