    this does help to satisfy any craving I'm having at that time. I only wish these werent that expensive to buy, I'd love to bulk up on these.

    I have noticed since taking thus, my cravings are gone.

    I have noticed since taking thus, my cravings are gone. I take it right before work and I don't crave junk at work. Then usually about 4, sometime 5 hours later I take it again. That way I don't eat a huge lunch. I am also going to the gym so having less cravings, eating less and working out, I have lost weight. And these do not make me feel sick at all, or jittery since they don't have caffeine. Definitely recommend!

    I think actually did help with cravings but Im not sure if its because of the ingredients in these particular pills or if my stomach shrunk?

    So far, Im really liking this product! I took one last night when I was craving sweets and a few minutes later I wasnt anymore! Tried it again a few minutes ago and same effect. Also feel a little calmer which is an added bonus :)
